Aurora Teen Pregnancy Prevention Project

The program addresses teen pregnancy prevention in Aurora. The project includes two components: prevention and case management. Prevention components include the community seminar 'It Takes Two,' prevention sessions in classrooms, support groups, mentoring programs, access to parent educator services and resource information. Case management addresses the needs of teens who are pregnant or parenting. The goal is to empower teens to be self-sufficient.
